Len Simonis
CEO, Founder

With over 25 years of experience in the Computer industry, with the last 20 years in the Lottery industry specifically, Len has formed a solid reputation as a proven industry veteran.
Len holds degrees in Business Administration and a Masters in Computer Science. He has the technical background as well as the business acumen to attack current industry issues head on and provide viable solutions. As the leader of Elsym Consulting since its inception in 1988, Len has guided the company through continued growth and will continue to provide innovative products for all facets of private and government organizations.


Michele Selvin Coffsky

Michele Selvin Coffsky joined Elsym Consulting in November of 1996, after approximately ten years in the field of construction accounting and five years of owning a bookkeeping service. She began as Business Administrator for the company, and is currently the Comptroller. Michele is also the Management Representative for Elsym’s ISO certification.
Michele received her five year Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with a concentration in internal audit, Summa Cum Laude, from Kennesaw State University. She has also attended State University of New York at Stony Brook and University of New Orleans. She holds memberships in Golden Key International Honour Society and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.
Her professional memberships include: Institute of Internal Auditors, Society of Human Resource Management, GSCPA


Woody Daughety
Product Manager

Woody Daughety has been with Elsym Consulting since 2007. He is a manager and accomplished software developer whose duties include analyzing customer requirements, designing software models, integrating code, and managing and supporting several state lottery customer accounts.
Mr. Daughety is an effective communicator with experience in writing detailed reports and software support documentation. Prior to his employment with Elsym, Woody developed and maintained AV-8B Harrier flight simulator software models. This included configuring software used with MIL-STD 1553 Multiplex Data Buses for host and mission computer communication.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree from East Carolina University, Greenville, NC and maintains membership in Golden Key Honor Society.


Andy Millard

VP of European Lottery Services

After joining Elsym in 1998, Andy began working onsite at Camelot to provide programming support for the United Kingdom National Lottery. He now manages European operations, and leads the development team responsible for the support of Elsym’s lottery customers in Europe.
Mr. Millard has more than 25 years of technical experience. In 1982, he joined the Royal Air Force where he obtained his technical education and was responsible for hardware and software support of specialized computing systems. Andy holds an HND in Avionics/Electronics. He initially worked on flight simulation systems, and then helped to develop, test, and support electronic warfare application software. In 1992, Andy left the armed forces and began working in the business sector, specializing in the delivery of bespoke technically demanding software solutions.


 Brad Parker
VP of Product Development
As Vice President of Product Development, Brad Parker is responsible for managing the development and implementation of new systems and product offerings, as well as company policies and procedures as it pertains to product delivery and customer satisfaction. Some of these responsibilities include supplier management, customer relationships, managing project implementations, and design and development oversight of new projects. As a member of the Elsym Management Team, Mr. Parker helps guide the direction of the company, and played a vital role in the creation of the Elsym Management System, which enabled Elsym to obtain its ISO 9001 certification.
Mr. Parker joined Elsym in 1994 and has served in a variety of capacities throughout his tenure. Mr. Parker holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia.


Kevin Strickland
Product Manager
Kevin Strickland joined Elsym with over 15 years experience in design, development, testing, and administration of computer systems for multiple industries. As a Product Manager for Elsym Consulting, he is responsible for managing a team for ICS software development, support and maintenance for a group of state lotteries.
Prior to joining Elsym, Mr. Strickland provided software development and support, along with system administration for an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system for one of the largest public health systems in the country. He has also worked on several large scale system development projects for the Department of Defense, including Navy communication, shore remote control and radar environment simulator systems.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University, where he graduated with high honors.


Dionne Walsh
VP of Tax and Interactive Services
Dionne has been with Elsym for over 10 years. During her tenure, she has been involved in such projects as Interactive Services, Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT), Internal Control Systems (ICS), and Forex systems development. She currently manages the Tax and Consumable Online Tracking System projects and the configuration management team. Dionne is also responsible for various human resources functions within Elsym and is the Deputy Management Representative for Elsym’s ISO certification.
Prior to joining Elsym, Dionne worked for a major data publishing company as a Senior Technology Specialist. She has also worked for one of the major lottery vendors as well as a manufacturer of short run business printing.
She holds a BBA in Management Information Systems with a minor in Mathematics from Pace University, a MS in Business Computer Information Systems from Baruch College, and an MBA from Kennesaw State University. She is also a member of Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society and Golden Key International Honour Society.


Ken Wyman
VP of US Lottery Services
Ken Wyman leads the team that is responsible for the support and maintenance of all of Elsym’s existing lottery customers. This includes supporting any production issues that may arise, as well as developing, testing, and installing new software for system changes such as new or modified games and game changes.
Ken started his career at Elsym in 1993 as a programmer analyst and is now the Vice President of US Lottery Services. Ken graduated from Mercer University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He also has an Associate in Applied Science with high honors in Data Processing Technology from DeKalb College.
