| Since starting with Elsym in 1994, Brad has served in a variety of capacities throughout his tenure. He has gained invaluable experience and knowledge of the lottery industry and the importance of the services that Elsym provides. He played a vital role in the creation of the Elsym Management System, which enabled Elsym to obtain and maintain nationally recognized ISO and industry certifications. He is a seasoned software developer and leader who understands all facets of product design, development, implementation, and customer satisfaction. Creating Certainty is not just a company tagline, it is who we are, and Brad’s mission on a daily basis. In his spare time he enjoys anything in the outdoors and spending time with his family and friends. Brad holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia. |
 Ken WymanSr. VP of System Implementation | Ken Wyman leads the team that is responsible for new system implementations. This includes new systems for existing customers as well as new customers. His team is responsible for the software development, testing, and installation of these systems as well as customer training and delivery satisfaction. Ken started his career at Elsym in 1993 as a programmer analyst and is now the Senior Vice President of System Implementation. Ken graduated from Mercer University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He also has an Associate in Applied Science with high honors in Data Processing Technology from DeKalb College. |
 Andy Millard Sr. VP of European Lottery Services | After joining Elsym in 1998, Andy began working onsite at Camelot to provide programming support for the United Kingdom National Lottery. He now manages European operations, and leads the development team responsible for the support of Elsym’s lottery customers in Europe. Mr. Millard has more than 25 years of technical experience. In 1982, he joined the Royal Air Force where he obtained his technical education and was responsible for hardware and software support of specialized computing systems. Andy holds an HND in Avionics/Electronics. He initially worked on flight simulation systems, and then helped to develop, test, and support electronic warfare application software. In 1992, Andy left the armed forces and began working in the business sector, specializing in the delivery of bespoke technically demanding software solutions. |
 Dionne WalshVP of Tax and Information Technology | Dionne has been with Elsym for over 18 years. During her tenure, she has been involved in such projects as Interactive Services, Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT), Internal Control Systems (ICS), and Forex systems development. She currently manages the Tax, Consumable Online Tracking System, and Game Management System projects, and also Elsym’s Configuration Management team. Dionne is also responsible for various network and system administration functions within Elsym and is the Management Representative and Security Officer for Elsym’s ISO certifications. Dionne holds a BBA in Management Information Systems with a minor in Mathematics from Pace University, NY, a MS in Business Computer Information Systems from Baruch College, NY, and an MBA from Kennesaw State University, GA. She is also a member of Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society and Golden Key International Honour Society. Dionne has also earned a CISSP certificate. |
 Woody DaughetyVP of Product Support | Woody Daughety has been with Elsym Consulting since 2007. He is an accomplished software developer whose duties as VP of Product Support includes analyzing customer requirements, designing software models, integrating code, and managing a team of ICS specialist that support several state lottery customer accounts. Mr. Daughety is an effective communicator with experience in writing detailed reports and software support documentation. Prior to his employment with Elsym, Woody developed and maintained AV-8B Harrier flight simulator software models. This included configuring software used with MIL-STD 1553 Multiplex Data Buses for host and mission computer communication. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree from East Carolina University, Greenville, NC and maintains membership in Golden Key Honor Society. |
 Kevin Strickland VP of Product Support | Kevin Strickland joined Elsym in 2010 with over 15 years experience in design, development, testing, and administration of computer systems for multiple industries. As a Vice President of Product Support for Elsym Consulting, he is responsible for managing a team that provides ICS software development, support and maintenance for a group of state lotteries. Prior to joining Elsym, Mr. Strickland provided software development and support, along with system administration for an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system for one of the largest public health systems in the country. He has also worked on several large scale system development projects for the Department of Defense, including Navy communication, shore remote control and radar environment simulator systems. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University, where he graduated with high honors. |
| Elizabeth Mullins Comptroller | Elizabeth Mullins joined Elsym in 2020 as the Accounting Manager, after almost a decade in public accounting as an auditor at a private accounting firm in Atlanta. In November 2023 she was promoted to the role of Comptroller. She has a solid educational foundation- receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with a minor in Management at Georgia College and State University, complemented by a Master of Accountancy with a specialization in Audit and Financial Reporting from Kennesaw State University. Elizabeth orchestrates all facets of Elsym’s financials, including accounts receivables, accounts payables, financial audits, and tax related activities for both our US and international business. In addition, she takes charge of all aspects of Human Resources for employees as well as overseas our benefit plans. Elizabeth’s hands-on leadership style combines financial precision with a focus on fostering a supportive work environment, driving certainty for clients and maintaining an efficient and dynamic workplace. |
 Founder | With over 45 years of experience in the Computer industry, with the last 30 years in the Lottery industry specifically, Len has formed a solid reputation as a proven industry veteran. Len holds degrees in Business Administration and a Masters in Computer Science. He has the technical background as well as the business acumen to attack current industry issues head on and provide viable solutions. Len will continue work on providing innovative products for the Lottery Industry. |
